Brisk Sales at Origin

Looks like demand for a new condo project in the UniverCity area is meeting expectations.  Taking a glance at the sales board one can see more than 1/3 of the units are covered in RED DOTS!  That is excellent news for the community, the sales center, SFU Community Trust and the boarder real estate market in the Burnaby area.

Upon entering the presentation center it is clear that sustainability is a focus of the project.  Coloms are wrapped in faux wood finish, the color scheme of the center is environmentally friendly and information about the green initiatives of the development is well presented.  Even the color schemes of the units themselves give a hint to earth friendly tons and finishes.  In speaking with some of my clients the sustainability elements of project is a key decision factor in considering Origin.

The show suite is very well appointed.  From the entrance to balcony the quality of the finishing shows.  Whether by design or simply because of the size of the presentation the show suite is of Plan B which was an excellent choice.  This well designed layout, offering plenty of closet space (a pantry, linen closet and coat closet), a spacious den which could very well be used as a second bedroom albeit without a window, a good size master bedroom with two closets and dual above-counter sinks in the bathroom.  I for one was impressed.

Information on the units themselves is well presented.  Layout board is easy to understand and contains the prudent information.  It was also nice to see a board showing the overall community, surrounding areas and the various amenities.  Overall a thoughtful presentation center that is sure to make the buying decision easier.  Great job!
